How to restore filess from root’s trash

Sometimes while setting permissions using gksudo nautilus command, we wrongly press the delete button on any important folder. To restore that folder follow the steps:

  • Type in terminal gksudo nautilus
  • Press ctrl+h
  • Then go to trash which is present in .local/share/trash
  • Then select files. Deleted items present in this folder files
  • Now restore these items
